India Post — Complaint regarding misplaced of speed post consignment # eu[protected]in | |||||
Hello sir/madam, I have order something online, and the consignment is coming/arriving from chander nagar s. O on 05/07/2016 through india speed post (Tracking no. Eu[protected]in). This consignment has to be deliver at 457-b, dda flats, gazipur, delhi - 110096. But it doesn't deliver. And when i track this consignment at indiapost it shows delivery attempted: missent at shahdara s. O (110032) on 06/07/2016 and then it shows item delivered at shahdara s. O (110032) on 08/07/2016. How can this is possible as destination pincode is 110096 and it shows item delivered at shahdara s. O (110032) on 08/07/2016. When i contact shahdara s. O (110032) post master, he said the consignment has deliver at shahdara. How can this is possible as the consignment has to deliver at pincode 110096. When i say this to post office he said very rudely that the consignment has deliver and this is not our responsibility where your consignment is gone and you can complain it to anyone/anywhere.
