[Resolved]  India Post — Delay in delivery & Updating of status

Sir. I am a retired Central Govt Employees, last place of posting was Rajiv Gandhi National Groundwater Training & Research Institute, RAIPUR, Chattisgarh. Certain service related papers to settle my dues and pension case was sent from RAIPUR Head post office on 17.11.2014 Item serial No CC[protected] IN Online tracking is showing the status upto 19.11.2014 PH- RAIPUR status NA.which is not clear to me. Collected the phone numbers in the Internet contacted RAIPUR RMS, and NIT Post office Pin - 121001. FARIDABAD (HARYANA) and the reply received - the item has been dispatched and not received respectively. The destination was FARIDABAD. It is humbly requested to kindly arrange to track the item so as to reach the destination and enable me to get my dues without further delay. Now I have come to my native place in WEST BENGAL, only making phone calls to trace it, but without getting suitable reply my mental stress is becoming very high .Regards Asis Kumar Chattopadhyay Retd Govt Employee
