India Post — India Post Non delivery of important documents

I sent an international registered letter from Jaipur to Canada, the package was sent on 8th Sep and since then there has been no update on the shipping progress. Neither has the package been delivered yet. Below are the details of the package and complaint (I earlier raised on India Post website):

I have been calling the international toll free number[protected] bit that does not work. No one is picking the call at any of the complaint line numbers. Please help.
