I am holder of policy number dl-134881-cc. Today 30.11.2015, I went to pay the PLI of mine and my friends (dl-134898-cc) NSIT post office Dwarka SO 110078. I could not pay the same since the system was down for the day. As I will be able to pay my PLI tomorrow only, I will have to pay penalty for no fault of mine. Please waive the penalty since I attempted to pay PLI with due diligence. Sreekanth KS
