India Post — Item booked by speed post at post office not yet delivered even after 06days

I booked a speed post no-ED[protected]IN on 20 nov 2015 from rohini sector-15 new delhi post office which reached at NSH new delhi on 21 nov15. there is no further update on website about whereabouts of item. Talked to Rohini post office as well Guwahati post office and both post offices are completely clueless.please help me.
