India Post — No track records of my delivery and yet not received it

Dear Sir, I had three voter id card to be delivered which shows 21/11/2014 as the day of disposal at official website of Chief Electoral officer Delhi but I have not received it yet on 17/12/2014/. Also I cant track online any records of my consignments with the following nos. ED[protected]IN, ED[protected]IN & ED[protected]IN. Further upon contacting the local post office(Nangal Raya, New Delhi) I have been told that it has not been dispatched yet. So on the whole I don't have any idea where my Posts are neither does your website and nor the local post office.Please help me regarding this matter.
