India Post — Non-Delivery of Article

Sir In January, i ordered two pair of shoes from BagItToday & my order no. Is 34224824. I made the payment through Credit Card. From these two pair of shoes, I returned a pair of shoes to the company Via India Post(Speed Post) On 2nd February & the consignment number is ED[protected]IN After few days, i called at the bagittoday helpline for refunding of my payment but they said that they hadn't received the product.And they also said that they had registered my complaint and asked for waiting 10 days for updation. And After waiting for quite long time i called the company again for updation of delievery of article but again they said they didn't have recieved the product. They asked me for providing the proof of delivery. So, i Went to India Post Office (Nangloi) for asking the proof of delivery.They denied to give me proof of delivery by saying that you had to check it online. And after that i checked it online & came to know about that the product is not delivered. So I Went to the post office again for asking about my product. And They Said that your product is returned to Bagittoday In Mundka. The Product Should be returned to me. I called up the Bagittoday Helpine & told them about the product that it is returned to company's Mundka office. But they told me to get the product from the mundka office . So I went to BagItToday (Mundka) & i asked them about my product but they said that...they had recieved the product & after entering the product info, they returned the product to the Post Office. And they give me the copy of that recieving by the postmaster. Therefore i went to post office again and told the entire matter to the post master but they said me to Meet Mr.Ashok. Again i told my problem to Mr.Ashok but they said " Humare Pass Teri Bakwaas Sun Ne Ka Time Nhi Hai " Then I said " Main Tumhari Complaint Karunga" and he said "Tere Jaise Bahot Aate Hai Roz" Or "Jo Tu Kar Sakta Hai Karle" Instead of co-operate with me & they mis-behaved. All the Staff of this PostOffice is Irresponsible and they aren't doing their job. Its almost 5 months...I sent the product in February 2, 2015 and now it is the mid of May. They neither send the product to the given delivery address nor return it to me. Sir, I requested you to please look into the matter, so that i can get my product back and one more thing please take the strict action against Mr.Ashok.
