India Post — Non delivery of articles speedpost

Dear Sir,

it is inform to you that, i have sent the item through head post
office gt road burdwan 713101 for send item to Pilibanga distt hanumangarh ( pin code 335803) to my father on dtd 05.01.2016.
But still item not received at above address, , and there was important item in parcel

Booked at Burdwan, Dtd, Tariff Rs., Destination Code : 335803, Track no.EW[protected]IN

It is also inform to you that i have also complain via online complain
([protected]) on dtd 21.01.2016, & after there i mail also to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in on 03.02.2016 but not any positive response found so you are requested
to please take the necessary action & guide me
