India Post — Non receipt of Speed Post letter

Vide EMS Speed Post No.E[protected]N dated 5.8.2014, my brother Shri Siba Prasad Mishra of Rayagada, Odisha had sent a letter to me at my address Santosh Kumar Sadangi, House No. Batra's 75, Gobind Park, Jagatpuri, Near P.M. Public School, Delhi-110051. But the same is not received so far. Please enquire into the case and deliver the letter to me at the earliest as some important documents are available in the envelope.
