India Post — Non updation of status

I have returned a product to paytm through indian post rp on 07/05/2016 but till on date 28/05/2016 the status is not updated to delivered. Due to this i can not take my refund. The service is too poor. I complained on indian post. The screen shot of the complain status is atteched.
The tracking no. Of the article is cr[protected]in. The slip is atteched.
