India Post — postman is not delivering posts

Hello sir, My name is manish jain, 18/35, neelkanth, city station road, agra-282003 is my postal address. in last one month 1 of my cheque book, one a new bank account's pin number, 2 marrige cards and some others posts are missing. When i check bank record, posts regarding Banks have delivered successfully. When i check near by city post office there is no satisfactory answer regarding my problem. This is totally postman's irregularity.About 7-8 months before i complaint same, on that time my area postman excuse and regular but now i suppose he is irregular for his duty again.
