India Post — Speed Post Delivery Delay

Hi Sir, My sister sent Rakhi on the occasion of “Raksha Bandhan” by Speed Post tracking number : EU[protected]IN. But due to delay process of your delivery till today I not able to receive this parcel. I called concern post office “Kakkanad S.O” but the lady who picked the phone[protected] is not able to tell me proper date on which they suppose to deliver this. Same case happened when I order one product online and they shipped by speed post at my office address in infopark Kochi but That time I went there and collect that parcel. Sir I have request why post master not able to give exact answer of a query or we did mistake to choose Indian Post service.
