India Post Speed Post — Item got stolen along the way

I have ordered a mobile handset from flipkart.com on 6 January 2015 and they were using India Post Speed Post. The consignment number was - EK[protected]IN. The item was delivered to me on 23 Jan 2015, but when i open the parcel, inside there was an old journal magazine . Along the way someone must have stolen the mobile handset and put that magazine instead.It is a shame that this kind of things happened in such a trustworthy department. It is like hacking customer's account and stealing their money by a bank clerk!!! Immediate action is necessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future. I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately

Along the way someone must have stolen the mobile handset and put that magazine instead.It is a shame that this kind of things happened in such a trustworthy department.
