India Post — there is no update of parcel through India post after registration of the completion of 14 days | |
Respected Sir,
I have done the parcel through India post on date 15/07/2015.
Consignee number of that parcel is CP[protected]IN.
But till date there is no update through India post about this parcel after 17/07/2015. I did not know that what the status of that parcel is because it did not show the destination stage.
I track the parcel through the website of India post of www.ndiapost.gov.in but there is no update after 17/07/2015.
So I register a complaint through the website of India post of www.ndiapost.gov.in on date 27 July, 2015.The complain no is [protected].
But I am very disappointed because after registration of the completion of 48 hours there is no update through India post.
I content customer care of India post but they give me reply that they give the information only of international parcel. They do not provide information about domestic parcel.
At present I am in great trouble because I have done the parcel through India post on date 15/07/2015.Today is 29/07/2015.Almost 14 days past.
Though I did not know that what the status of that parcel is.
Please solve this problem immediately.
