India Post — Undelivery of my parcel.

Dear organisation please help me, My self Parthib Deb, my address- Durgapur, kailashahar, Unakoti Tripura, pin-799279, actually I have send a smart phone to my cousin Manoj kumar( Delhi on 26/05/2014. tracking no.= EE[protected]IN . after sooo many days also He haven't got my parcel.. more than 15 days the I give a complain on their website. My complain no, was[protected]. They messaged me that my parcel reached Gurgaon after some days they send a letter to my address in which it is written that My parcel may be lost. after that they havn't done anything . please help me.. either they have to give my parcel back or have to pay the cost of my parcel. thank you
