India Speed Post — Passport not received due to post office error

Hi I was tracking my passport online in the Speed Post website. My consignment ID is EW[protected]IN. Everything seems to lok fine. I live in Dankuni, West Bengal, India. So I saw that the status showed received in Dankuni, then it showed item opened, then it showed out for delivery (till which everything was OK). Then suddenly I found it showed Missent and then started the hiatus. I work from my home so never leave home specially after I saw my passport was probable to come. They all of a sudden without working or delivering to my place again saw sending it back to NSH Howrah again. This is total nonsence. Please help me. I am pasting the status as I saw it on the website of speed post. I am enclosing the screenshot of the status as seen in the Speed Post Website also.
