India Times Shopping — Delivered a product that is not working | |||
Hi All, this is to alert you all about the pathetic After sales support from India times, this is the second time i have received such service and i thought i alert fellow online buyers about this.. i purchased a battery bank order number : [protected], delivered on 13th of July, after opening the packet i saw the power button being not connected to the Unit, i have contacted on the number mentioned and that is of the suppliers, the supplier asked me to inform INDIATIMES as i purchased it from them, after several attempts i managed to contact the email support as the phone support is not letting me speak to an Agent, they responded after 24 hours asking me to send a photo of the faulty product and i sent it within 3 hours but they replied stating the 48 hour return period is over and we cannot help.. i spent 1500 rupees and i am very disappointed with their response.. i will never ever buy any product from them whatever lucrative the offer may be... it is not a good product but a great service that will help the business in this competitive world..
