India Times Shopping — No Delivery of Consignment Nor the money returned

I had ordered one Nilkamal FreedomMini Medium Storage Cabinet on 22/05/2015. The consignment has not been delivered so far. I had complained through their site. The case ID is 2064182. There has been no response from India times shopping. I understand through The Fedex tracking that they have returned the shipment to the shipper as they could not deliver it. They have neither delivered the goods nor returned the money paid.
