[Resolved]  India Today Group, Indiamags.com — Subscription not honored, despite advance payment

Subscription Number MONTD1948886 & ITE1948885‏ Case Id 3554127 Dear Ms Ginny Gupta, Refer your reply to my 3 rd mail complaint dated 7/10/14 and your reply dated 9/10 2014. Also your personal phone call assuring me to sort out the matter of non delivery of magazines India today and Money today, Your promise to investigate the cause of non delivery. Let me remind you that to what extend the customer can be taken for granted or harassed. I paid on line subscription through net banking via Indiamags.com 27 MARCH 2014. Nothing happened till June !!!. After my complaint initially you denied having any records of my subscription, after the reminder and proof you accepted and issued me a subscription code. Few magazines have started delivery in July, almost all of them, Damaged, torn and wet, not readable, in fact I had to reject one of the issue, that time I mailed you the pictures of wet and damaged magazine copies. From August onwards I had not received any magazines. I complained to you twice . Two issues were received from Noida and a rebok handbag. That is in September. I complained again in october.
