Dear ALL I was a credit card holder of Hdfc bank with the credit limited of Rs.30000 i have used the credit card and i have also pay some ammount which is used by me but since last two years i was not able to pay my dues to to bad financial conditions in last month ( September 2014 ) i have received various calls from the collection agents of the bank and i was harrshing from their side i last month they told me that the are ready to settle mt dues on 38000 in two installments and they had start calling me again and again and start harrshing me unfortunately thely collect two cheques from my side with the installmets of Rs 19, 000 both But due to my bad financial conditions i was not able to pay my dents, they had represent my cheques for clearing and the cheque was bounced, now they are again harrrshing me and saying he will filled a complain against me under section 138 i would like to know which type of the actions they can take i am ready to pay my all dues into the 4-5 installments
