IndiaBulls — Increase is flat area ( same carpet area) and other charges and no registration

I have booked flat in Jan. 2013 and paid 20% cost of flat since then there were 2 times project plan got changed. Now promoter has sent a new cost sheet. As per the cost sheet flat area has been increased and demanded ~2.5 lakhs more than earlier price and 5 lakhs more at the time of possession. Surprisingly there is no change in carpet area and other charges are calculated as per new flat area which is not carpet area. If you calculate carpet area from floor map you will realize that the loading is around 100%. Now I am filling a complaint in consumer court Alibaug ( district court). My advocate also advice me to file case in Panvel taluka police station as builder has taken 20% and not registered the property and now making new stories.
