Indiabulls Real Estate — Indiabulls Greens Panvel - Not processing refund | |||
Hi, I have booked a flat in Indiabulls Green Panvel in October 2013. I have paid them 20% of the agreement value. After visiting the site, I understood that they have changed the plan and have cancelled the premium project. I went to their HO to enquire why they haven't intimated me about the cancellation. They offered me to choice any other flat in the existing project. In the existing project they had limited inventory. I had earlier booked in 26th floor and they offered me an option in the 4th floor. I choice to ask for a refund as I was frustrated with the Indiabulls. I followed with the customer care for month and finally they came with a reply to start the refund process after a month. I submitted the relevant documents for refund in 1st week of Dec. I have been following with them every week on the refund and I have been given new excuses every time that they are under the process of processing my refund. It's been 3 months now I been awaiting to get the refund. I m planning to launch a police compliant. Can u please let me know how do I proceed to file a case against this.
