[Resolved] IndiaMart — Sending of Emails to Customers several times by mentioning our Email ID | |||
Dear All, Today we have Received Complaints from Several Customers that they are Receiving 100 Email Repeated Inquiry in our Name, Contact Details. We have not send any Email Buy Inquiry by Indiamart. And Also it is not Humanly Possible to send Email Buy Inquiry 100 times to several Customer Accross India. So it is 100% Technical Problem from IndiaMart Side. After our Several Complains by Email and On Toll Free we have not recieved any single Feedback. Due to this Repeated Bombardment of Email Inquiries on our Company Name, all the Customer have become Frustrated and the same has dented and effected our Company Image. We Hope Indiamart takes proper action and issues Required Apology Or Else we need to take Stern Action regarding Such Faulty Error and Wrong Usage of our Company Name.
