Dear sir, This has reference to above subject we have purchased VOLTAS MODE -122 CY from LAMINGTON ROAD on 22/10/15, Inspite of your commitment of site visit assurance on 23rd we are yet to receive any phone call from same. Indeed its pathetic to receive such service from your end. As I am business head of one of the Pharma company and we give electronic gifts from either KOHINOOR or VIJAY SALES to our customers but delayed has seen only with LAMINGTON BRANCH OF Kohinoor.
