Indian Air Force — Bad Etiquettes Of IAF

I visited Pinto park today to pick my relative, I Parked My vehicle at roadside and was waiting for them in the meantime One IAF officer came and started shouting at me for nothing with very hard tone and after that one wing commander joined him . I told them that they could have asked me to park my vehicle to some other place in polite way but they were not ready to hear anything.They didn't mentioned their names but I want to log complaint and drag them to court for humiliation.One officer is sardar and his designation is group captain and other is lady from north east and her designation is wing commander.Can some one here help me with pointers for logging legal complaint against them.
