Indian Bank — Didn't received money of my fail transaction

Hi team,

It's now more than 7days there is no action from your site.
I have paid electricity bill on 25 aug 2016 using debit card, some how transaction got cancelled because site was not responding and i have received fail notification along with details from freecharge.
Here i am attaching:
1) free charge transaction detail
2) statement

I had requested for a home loan last week in Indian Bank and got a call after 3 days. The customer service executive did not give me any clear details on the loan procedure and said that they will call again later. Since then, I have not received any such call regarding my query.
Two days before i have to paid for
Tnpsc one time registration for rupees 50 for indian bank net banking services

but not complete for this transcation
very urgent
because of tnpsc last date[protected]
so kindly clear this problem for your services
pls check and complete for the transcation
My name is S Balachandar and my account no is [protected] and i got Internet banking facility at last month. I am trying to login. But it is showing an error " pending verification". Please help me quickly... I have contacted branch. They told me to rectify. but still i am getting same problem.
In kphb Indian bank branch when going then the people say server down nd 1 month back I lost my atm card nd next day I applied new card nd I hv msg to go nd collect ur atm card but there one boy one lady sitting on first cabin nd eating everytime nd saying wait for 2-3 hours server is down nd after 2-3 hours we r asking then he said come tomorrow it's like 5 time done nd I don't hv atm card is so difficult wht can we do now
