Indian Bank — Regus office staffs behaviour

I am an indian bank account holder for about 15 yrs.at ayothiyapatnam branch, salem dt, tamilnadu.. the office staffs of this branch bank are behaving very poorly to the customers...they are talking very harshly, , especially ur asst. manager, peon, cashiers...they are hurting ..i am going to cancel my account ..this week.and i will ask explanation legally also
