Indian Bank staff members in the following Branch Chanubanda post, chatrai mandal, krishna district, 521214, Andhra pradesh, . are not at all giving proper response if we ask any doubt. as of me, I opened one account in this bank, I am working in Bangalore and I gave this as my salary account, . everything is good., I went to apply for ATM card by taking leave., then to receive it, I went thrice to that bank as the person who is giving ATM cards was not available.. They only asked me to come in particular day.. but when I went to receive my ATM card, no one is giving answer in a polite way.. Finally I received my ATM card after three visits, by taking leave in the office and by spending Rs 3000/- for my travel every time.., now it is not working.. when ever I want to use it it is showing "UN AUTHORIZED ACCESS". what a hell is this? all my family members are having account in Indian Bank, that is the main reason for opening one account.. but now I am so depressed with this bank people, I will never encourage any known person to open account in this Bank especially in this area..
