Indian Health Organisation — not refunding my money | |||
I had purchased a policy from the Indian Health Organisation on 11th June 2014. Policy name IHO Freedom Membership Plan. I was given wrong information about the policy because of which i bought this policy. I made a card payment of Rs. 3990 for this policy. When i actually tried using the policy, i was told that it is not applicable in my city. Since 20th June i have called the IHO help desk nos. a number of times and each time they tell me that i will receive a cancellation call and get a refund but it has been more than a month now and no phone or refund. Please help me. This is pure cheating. If this is how they make money, then this organisation should be shut down and banned. I need my refund. Please let me know what i can do? Thank you.
