[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation — wrong commitment on offer of membership (Cancellation request not accepted) | |||
Dear Sir / Mam, My Name is Vikash Sharma. I have taken a membership of Indian Health Organisation on[protected] on receiving call from IHO's customer care executive offering certain health related services. I received temporary membership cards on mail on which membership number was not mentioned, only name was mentioned. I had not received the services committed by IHO representative at the time of taking membership. So, I made a cancellation request through mail dated[protected] and also I made a call on customer care number "[protected]". Since than I have made N number of calls on customer care number but there is no response from their side. All the time they assure me that they will call back within 24 hours. I have made a payment of Rs. 4000 through credit card. Now, I am very puzzled by calling again and again. Please healp me. Was this information helpful? | |||
