Have been observing it since the last few months. Initially I ignored it but of late everytime when we book Indane gas refil it gets auto cancelled. Have to then visit the office and ask them to come and refil. The message we receive is Dear {Username}, your booking[protected] has been cancelled due to auto cancellation.

This is annoying and really frustrating as the India roads are also terrible. The road to their office...

I had a indane gas connection (consumer no- [protected]) from Mouryateja Indane gas agency, located at BTM 1st stage Bangalore- 560029. On 29/Jan/2021 I have returned my cylinder and completed all procedure for the termination of my gas connection. They took all the details but didn't refund my 1600 INR even after 10 working days. Please help me to get my refund.

Hi, your IOC petrol pump near bytco point Nasik road, is full of thieves.
They distract you so that you don't see at zero and then cheat you. They cheated me of Rs.250. When I had asked for system generated machine, they denied rudely saying system is not working.
As a result, I am disappointed by IOC.
I work in an MNC and I have asked all my colleagues to avoid going to IOC because all their petrol pumps are controlled...

I have booked and paid indianoil cylider refill amount of rs.745.6 through their app .Bill generated and paid on same day .Received notification on feb 04 to pay extra bill of rs 25(total to paid rs 770.6) for increase cylinder price.Generated complaint for this[protected] and received call from saroj gas agencies and compel to pay the 25 rs on delivery time and vey rude behaviour from the supplier side.

On 01/01/2021 at around 9.33AM i have purchased Rs.1000/- approx 10.77 Ltrs of petrol for my car (i10) at your franchisee filling station M/s Swamy Auto Care, Nadakuduru, East Godavari Dist, Andhrapradesh . Before purchase my fuel tank level is showing red indication and after filling also it was showing the same which supposed to show at least 1/4th of tank level as my total tank capacity was 35Litres .

I booked for Gas Refill Cylinder through Indian Gas Booking IVR number (On[protected] and paid the amount after receiving the link to my registered mobile through payzapp by using CITI Credit card. Amount was deducted and successful message received. But while delivering the cylinder they collected amount and said that they didn't received any amount for the booking I have made.

This is to bring to your notice that many times public are getting cheated at this fuel station. When i ask to fill for 300 rupees, the other guy who is collecting the money/card to swipe keeps on talking with the customer, diverting attention of the customer and the fuel pumping would be stopped immediately at rupees 200/250 which in actual should be filled for 300 rupees. This is to inform you that I went to Kailash Manas pump, Mehrauli Dawarpar Gorakhpur UP-273016 and paid ₹500 via paytm for petrol.
