I am informing you that I have received my LPG cylinder last on[protected] and subsequently I have booked another cylinder on[protected] and against this booking generated the cash memo no-[protected] for booking no-[protected] on[protected] but I am yet to be received the same. Moreover I would like to inform you that such type of delay happening with me against my every booking/delivery and for that I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to deliver my cylinder by 24th of Feb'15 positively as it''s too late.
