[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation — Cheating at the petrol pump by filling less petrol

Sir,
I would like to make a complaint against the indiaoil petrol pump m/s kapoor auto service station patpargang society area, i.P.Extenstion delhi-110092 for filling less petrol in my car.
Today 02/08/14 at 10.20 a.M. I went there to fill petrol in my car. I asked the attendent to put petorl of worth rs. 1500/- i was looking continuosly on the meter and all of sudden another attented knoked at the driver's window to sell somhting to disrtact me but i ignored him. He tried again as i was looking at the meter reading it was showing rs.1171/- i looked at the driver's window to stop him but in a fraction of second the meter jumped to 1500/- and stoped. At this point of time i got angry and shouted at the man who cheated me with the help of other attendend.On my shouting at them both just disappered from the site. Then i stopped there for half an hour but they never provide the complaint no to me. During that period i found many other persons complaining about the same way of cheating experience at the same petrol pump. It seems they are cheating 100s of pepole everyday as there is always a long queue as this is the only petrol pump in that area.
They don't display indian oil complaint no.
They don't provide compaint book
All their meters are tempered, i have the photographs with me. They don't provide you any printed receipt through printer. They just give you hand written cash memo .In my case it is the cash memo no. 8885
This is the high time that co. Must take action against these kind of petrol pumps as they are cheating people and earning thousands of rs. Everyday . Hoping for an early action against this petrol pump
