Indian Oil Corporation — CUSTOMER HARASSMENT | |||
My father was a customer of IOC since 45 years. He had passed away last year and my mam is now dealing with the gas agency[ananthapuri gas, Trivandrum Kerala]. My sister n me with family is not in station. We got informed by mama that this gas person is now regularly fooling her n she is in her 80s with a servant in home. As informed by mama my sister came down to trivandrum n went to the outlet n asked what is the problem. They asked her to submit the bank details along with IFSC code six months back. Again the same thing repeated n 15 days back she came over to Trivandrum n went to the dealer, they told her they didn't got the bank details which she gave by-hand six months back. So she once again do the same n took leave n stay in mothers home. Till 15 days nothing had happen, so she called the outlet n one Mr Sasidharan spoke to her in abused language n he is telling the registration didn't came from IOC. Kindly register a strong complaint n give me a contact person from your higher-ups in Kerala. Responding back asap is appreciable. Was this information helpful? | |||
