Indian Oil Corporation — Delay in gas service

My consumer no is 01624 and LPG Id No. [protected]. The name of gas dealer is Baghajatin Gas Service, Patuli, 31 Baroda Avenue, Kolkata 700084 . I have booked for gas cylinder on 3rd April 2015 (reference no- 895567) but till date I have not received LPG gas cylinder. Kindly look into the matter so that I can get the gas cylinder at the earliest. I am sorry to inform you that in every occasion they deliver gas not before one month after my booking date.
