Indian Oil Corporation — Denial of Service

I visited AMAR Shaheed Dilwar Filing Station at MAjra MAfi, Mohakampur, Haridwar Road, Dehradun on 17.02.2015. I have two complaints to make about the services of the petrol pump: 1. They refused to accept any card for payment. So, I had to pay in cash. 2. They refused to check the tire pressure in my car, stating that the air unit is not working, but when I insisted for the complaint book, the unit immediately started working and they topped up the tires. However, i was refused the complaint book. This is just one instance of denial of services for which we, as a customer, are entitled to. Company is paying for these facilities for customers, it is the staff of petrol pump which is coming in between Company and customers. Please make sure that the complaint book is always available at the dispensing unit. The customers should not be at the mercy of petrol pump.
