Dear Sir/Madam, myself Mrs. Pushpam K, Residing at W/O, Mr. Kurunthappan R, Plot No:9, Door No: 3/349, Vijay Nagar, Chikkanthar Chavadi, madurai-18. Customer No: 34174. I have booked a gas refill connection on 4.11.2014. Booking No.567110, Cash Memo No. [protected] at Vigneshwar Enterprises Madurai. and this booking has been cancelled on 14.11.2014 without any information. and i have been guided by the agent to book again. i booked on 15.11.2014, Booking No.571806, still now i have not received the refilled gas. 1) Why i have not received my refilled gas? 2) Why my first booking Cancelled without any information?
