Thai is to inform you that, I am one of the costumer of IOC, Past 13 years, I am many time inform to costumer care office TO CHANDRA GAS AGENCY ie.( Complain dated 04.07.2014, 14.07.2014 & 21.07.2014)
but so for not taken in any necessary action, In our last dated of refilling getting on 08.06.2014, then booking new refilling cylinder reference No.809702/dt.26.06.2014 but till date not received, Kindly consider my problem.
We have only one domestic cylinder what we do. My family 4 members, nearly 46 days crossed. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IMMEDIACY.

Kindly consider my problem & do the needful and oblige.
