Sir, It is to bring to your notice that your IOCL dealer at Anutex Malkajgiri is not filling petrol as per the rights of the customers and when asked about improper filling, did not issued bill receipt for my petrol filling for Rs.300/- on this day i.e. on[protected]Afternoon). And when wanted to register the complaint in the Complaint Register, I am not given the complaint Register and even threatened with physical abuses. I was with my son that time and it gave a very bad experience being a regular customer of IOCL. I WISH NECESSARY ACTION WILL BE INITIATED AGAINST THE SO-CALLED OWNER OF THE FILLING STATION OF IOCL AND LIVE UPTO THE PRESTIGE OF YOUR IOCL.
