[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — 5 Kg Cylinder | |
I bought a new 5KG cylinder from Dev Agencies, Chennai in early part of 2016. Paid them Rs. 1800. They said Indane bunks have a facility to refill the cylinders. Now, when i want a refill, I came to know after enquiring in Indane petrol bunks that they don't have the facility to refill. Dev Agencies people are telling me that they got 50 5 kg cylinders, sold all of them, they don't know anything about refill or replacement of the 5 kg cylinder.
