[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — New gas connection fees charged twice by indian oil/ioc distributor | |||
I have applied for gas connection on 9 april 2016 using online registration mode and also done online payment using my debit card. When i contacted the distributor, he said that the amount paid by me online is not reflecting in his bank statement so i have to pay the amount in cash. I have paid the money in cash but when i checked my bank statement, amount was deducted from my bank account. This way i have been charged new connection fees twice. I have contacted distributor many times and also the area manager of indian oil corporation about this but still nothing has been resolved. I have also raised complaint of indian oil website with feedback number 2705859 but still nothing has been done so far. Its already more than 3 months have passed. Please help me in getting refund of the excess money paid to distributor in cash. He is denying for refund.
