[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Non filling of diesel | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, FYI please today morning around 8 AM I went to HIGH FILLING STATION (TIN – [protected]), IOCL registered dealer, Saharnpur Road, Next to Sai Dham Guest House, Dehradun - 248001 to fill the diesel on my way to Gurgaon and requested petrol pump attendant to fill the diesel. I asked to pay through my credit card but got response that CC vending machine is not working due to network problem. This guy filled up diesel for Rs. 1000/- and same is reflected in Diesel machine screen. Then I paid Rs. 1000/- cash since CC machine was not working and got the receipt number 33761 dated 30/11/15. Just after 5 km drive after entering to Dehradun Valley forest I have observed that this guy has not filled even the 1 drop of diesel since the diesel mark was going below the original mark prior to filling the diesel. When I have tried to call him this filling station phone was not working. Ultimately I got the contact number through my sources and called him on other number. After my discussion owner of said petrol pump is not accepting their mistake, Then I called to one of my local friend and got the information that this is the common complaint with said dealer and their modus of operation is to show the reading in diesel vending machine and since customer is most the time busy and overlook to see the car diesel meter. Once customer enter in the Dehradun valley and then it is very rare to turn back the vehicle especially after entering in the valley region. My personal request is to cancel said dealer dealership asap to avoid inconvenience and cheating to the customer. Thanks in advance for appropriate action.
