[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Non home delivery of refills | |||
I have booked Indane LPG for 2 times vide booking no. 428023 and 428960. Both the bookings got cancelled saying "Door Locked". I am a service person. Hence I have requested the distribuotr to give a call before delivery so that I will make necessary arrangement to receive the same. Both the booking got cancelled without any initimation. When I checked with the distributor, they replied as" this is not our duty to inform before delivery and If you wish can opt for another distributor." Is this a way to interact with a customer. Should i take leave of 3-4 days from office and wait for the cylinder to come. Ridiculous service from Nikita Indane, Raipur, Chhatisgarh. Was this information helpful? | |||
