30/04/2016 gas delivery person came with the cylinder. When he was asked by my mother (Aged) to keep the cylinder inside the house. She absued her and took away the cylinder without delivering it. The delivery man, from venu's gas, mannar (His name is not known, as he want to be called as gas delivery person) is very arrogant and trouble some. This is not the first time he behaved like this. He always ask for extra money . If not satisfy him, he would make excuses for not delivering the cylinder. On many occassions he took away the cylinder without delivering. We had complained about this to the gas agency. In fact we are at the mercy of him. He always leave the cylinder outside and try to delver the most damaged/old cylinder with most of the time without proper ceiling. Please help. As i live outside the country. Baby thomas.
