Sir, I, Savita Sinha, QUARTER NO. O/4, B.I.T.SINDRI, DHANBAD, JHARKHAND, am a consumer of your esteemed company having consumer no. 26356 at Binod Gas Agency Saharpura Sindri, Dhanbad. My registered mobile no. is [protected]. My request for supply of refill was registered on 07/10/2016 with RDS NO.480189. But till date even bill generation has not been communicated to me. The agency is adopting the pick and choose policy in distribution of LPG refills. When tried to contact the distributor, the agency personell either do not lift the phone or give unsatisfactory replies.
