since OVER a MONTH my LPG gas connection was suspended without any reason. Why they suspended connection. When I asked them, they did not give any proper answer. Both cylinder are empty now & want to refill, I can not book refill till a/c get Active. Please help, its kind of a mental torture to customer & urgent to prepare food. Con.No. CX15753017, as per LPG customer care it will require 7 days BUT only after action taken by IOC officer / distributor, there is no facility to know whether the did / take action or not for change from SUSPENDED to ACTIVE mode with date Was this information helpful? |
