Indian Oil — Gas booked and delivered to other without my consent

Dear Team, I would like to inform you that I got a message on 23rd Aug that your cyl is booked vide booking no [protected] and cash Memo [protected] is generated though it was not booked by me.There after i visited at Valley Gas Service and complained about it but they have informed me that we will take care of that. But again on 26 th Aug I got a message that cyl has delivered, hence I revisited to the agency but no was listening to me, I tried to call Indane sales officer but he did not picked my call.
