Indian Oil — Not receive the refilling cylender

Dear Sir I was booking(Booking No. 461779) my cylender on 8th December after 6 days I can not receive my refilling cylender. Please told me how can I get my reffiling cylender. Gas agency told me that your reffiling cylender already delivered to you, but I can not receive my reffiling cylender.
