[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — ATM card issue delay | |||
Hi I have applied for the ATM card in T. kalluppatti IOB branch in 20 march . They said it will come in 15 days . After that I visited the branch as I didn't receive any communication such as pin through postal service . When I enquirer about the branch asst manager she said that there is no request for the card and again have the new form to fill the details . She said the same explanation which was given by the branch manager when I applied last time . I don't know how this type of working is happening in bank. They didn't care about the customer needs . When I opened the account when I asked for debut card the branch manager said that I have to be at my native as it will take 2 months time . That time I was in abroad . They didn't provide any receipt for the form which I have submitted . So there is no evidence to file complaint against them . Was this information helpful? | |||
