Dear sir/madam,
I am being iob account holder for more than 10 years. My atm card has been expired on 12/2015. Immediately i have applied for the new one. But yet i didn't receive. I walk through twice a month for this. Being a senior citizen i couldn't follow up and also the response from the bank employees disgusting me. If i go today they tell me to come after two days, again when i go they say come again. I'm really tired off. Kindly help me in this regard. Hope for the best.
